Employee / employee union organization (if any) in the entity in which he / she belongs or the public has the right to complain, in writing or verbally, to the Labor Inspectorate if he / she judges that the employer does not respect / s the right derived from the labour legislation.
In the cases of control for the verification of a complaint, labour inspectors are obliged to treat in a completely confidential manner the source of each complaint, such as in the case of a written filing at the Inspectorate as well as in the cases of the procedure during the inspection visit.
