- new typologies of service,
- review of all service standards and adoption of new standards,
- role and direct responsibility of the municipality,
- the definition of a basic, mandatory and guaranteed service package by the municipality,
- empowerment of the relevant inspectorate for inspection of the standards of care.
- The national register of services and beneficiaries (administered by the SSS).
Definitions of new typologies of service, creation, classification, registration, licensing, will be the process of implementation of the new Law No.121 / 2016 dated 24.11.2016 “On Social Services in the Republic of Albania” . This process will include reviewing all approved service standards and adopting new standards for new service typologies.
