The composition of the inspection or consultation group
An inspection is not carried out in any case by a labour inspector. The inspection team consists of two or more labour inspector.
The inspection team is appointed by the General Chief Inspector or Regional Chief Inspector.
In cases of conflict of interest, or other special occasions, the labour inspector has the right to refuse (argued) an inspection.
By decision of the General Chief Inspectoror Regional Chief Inspector throughForm No. 7 “Authorization for change of inspectors” may be assigned other labour inspectors.
