How do you receive the information about your complaint and the terms of treatment

The notification on the handling of the complaint will be made by the same source that has addressed the complaint to our Institution.

An inspection process is started to handle a complaint, which is carried out in compliance with the procedures set forth in the Law “On Inspection in the Republic of Albania”. Within 10 days you will be notified through a response, where you will have  clarified the claims you have addressed to us
